Irregular thickening of the mid-common bile duct with soft tissue density and enhancement after contrast injection (35 UH density on non-contrast CT / 100 UH on portal phase).
Dilatation of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts upstream of this stenosis.
The lower common bile duct and the gallbladder are not dilated. Gallstones but there are no signs of cholecystitis. No lymphadenopathy in the hepatic hilum.
Bilateral ovarian cystic lesions.
