Multiple intra-axial enhancing space-occupying lesions the largest seen in left parietooccipital lobe surrounded with vasogenic oedema and the smaller one is noted at right occipital lobe with no significant surrounding oedema suggestive of brain metastasis.
Another large lobulated outline and enhancing lesion seen mostly intraventricularly of the left lateral ventricle, resting on the left side of the septum pellucidum suggestive of intraventricular metastasis rather than primary lesion as central neurocytoma.
Enlarged and enhanced upper portion of the pituitary stalk in the suprasellar region could be having metastasis.
