This is a case of situs inversus totalis and rounded pneumonia. Subsequently the patient was diagnosed with pneumococcal pneumonia (positive pneumococcal urinary antigens). A follow-up chest X-ray 6 weeks later showed radiological resolution of the mass-like consolidation.
