Tracheal bronchus (also known as pig bronchus), is an accessory bronchus that arises from supracarinal trachea. It has an incidence of 0.1 % to 5% and arises most often from the right side of the trachea.

Tracheal bronchus was first described by Sandifort in 1785 as a right upper lobe bronchus arising from the trachea.

HRCT was done to investigate for COPD or ILD. The HRCT shows no evidence of COPD or ILD.
