Neck MRI with & without contrast
There is large multicystic and multiseptated mass involving the deep and superficial lobes of right parotid gland which widened stylomandibular foramen. Evidence of blood-fluid level in few cysts and also few foci of calcification.
After contrast injection, septal enhancement is noted. Overlying skin has normal thickness without inflammatory changes. No sign of right carotid artery encasement or compression effect on parapharyngeal space. These findings are in keeping with parotid space lymphangioma.
