Conventional three-vessel take-off from the aortic arch. Mural irregularity (beading) of the extracranial internal carotid arteries particularly in their distal course. Fusiform aneurysmal dilatation of both internal carotid arteries just after the carotid bifurcation. Vertebral artery ectasia. No findings of arterial dissection.
Intracranial internal carotid dolichoectasia. No intracranial aneurysm is identified.
