Testicular abscesses

Imaging studies show left epididymo-orchitis progressing into the development of testicular abscesses in a diabetic patient.
Initial ultrasound showed typical appearance of acute epididymo-orchitis, which on retrograde assessment showed a small subtle hypoechoic area that turned into a testicular abscess on follow-up.
