A fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (often commonly abbreviated as FEVAR) is a type of endovascular aneurysm repair. They are usually performed for juxtarenal, perirenal, or thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. It usually comprises of a custom-made endograft designed to fit individual patient anatomy. The seal zone for the endograft is extended across the level of the renal (kidney) arteries +/- visceral arteries.
