-<p><strong>Perilobular fibrosis </strong>is<strong> </strong>a pattern <a href="/articles/pulmonary-fibrosis" title="Pulmonary fibrosis">pulmonary fibrosis</a> which is manifested by increased fibrosis along the peripheral aspects of a <a href="/articles/secondary-pulmonary-lobule" title="secondary pulmonary lobule">secondary pulmonary lobule</a> and can superficially resembles interlobular septal thickening. It is usually described with <a href="/articles/cryptogenic-organising-pneumonia-1" title="Cryptogenic organising pneumonia">cryptogenic organising pneumonia</a> (present in around 50-60 % of such cases).</p><h4>Radiographic features</h4><h5>CT</h5><p>On CT images it may be seen an <a href="/articles/arcade-like-sign" title="Arcade-like sign">arcade-like sign</a>.</p>
