Perilobular fibrosis isa pattern pulmonary fibrosis which is manifested by increased fibrosis along the peripheral aspects of a secondary pulmonary lobule (interlobular septa, visceral pleura and vessels) and can superficially resemble interlobular septal thickening 5.
It is usually described with organising pneumonia (present in around 50-60% of such cases).
Radiographic features
CT
On CT images it may be seen as an arcade-like sign.
