The findings of CT are compatible with urinary bladder herniation into the left inguinal canal.

Herniation of urinary bladder is a relatively uncommon, however not a rare condition, where urinary bladder (or ureter) herniates into the inguinal canal, scrotal sac or femoral canal. Herniations through ischiorectal, obturator or abdominal wall openings have also been described ( less common ).
