What are the major complications of eye globe chorioretinal coloboma?
Axial myopia and retinal detachment.
The left eye has asymmetrically and remarkably increased anterior-posterior length up to 30mm and posterior and temporal uveo-scleral layer thinning. Focal bulge and thinning of the uveo-scleral layer on the posterior temporal side of the right eye are also seen. Note also low-width optic nerves on both sides are more prominent on the left.
