Age: Adult

CT scan of the petrous bone demonstrates a right sided CPA mass, with trumpeting of the porus acousticus suggestive of an acoustic schwannoma. Left IAC shown for comparison. 

Case Discussion

Diagnosis of acoustic schwannoma was histologically proven following resection.
