The right acromioclavicular joint is widened, with ~20 mm superior displacement of the distal aspect of the right clavicle relative to the acromion. Significantly widened coracoclavicular distance (greater than twice the normal interval). No associated fracture identified.

The acromioclavicular joint is normally aligned and the coracoclavicular distance has been reduced. Upper surface clavicular and under surface coracoid surgical endobuttons with corresponding bone tunnels in keeping with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction.
