Prominent intrahepatic biliary ducts. Mild wall enhancement of the gallbladder with mild dilatation and enhancement of the cystic, common hepatic and common bile ducts. No obstructing ductal calculus or mass is seen.
Uterine fibroid is noted.

Findings are suggestive of acute cholangitis, considering the given clinical history and absence of biliary obstruction.
