CT demonstrates partial opacification of the right-sided mastoid air cells however no bony erosion is seen.
External and middle ears are unremarkable.
The left ear and mastoid complex are within normal limits.
Case Discussion
Current CT findings with clinical correlation are more in favor of right-sided acute mastoiditis as described.
