Presentation

Incidental findings on CT KUB for possible renal colic.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ct

Large bilateral adrenal masses containing macroscopic fat are demonstrated, up to 5.8 x 5.1 cm (axial) on the left and 5.4 x 3.6 (axial) cm on the right. The mass on the left has some small nodular excrescences at its periphery. The mass in the right contains tiny foci of calcification.
