Presentation

History of right knee joint trauma. The patient has right knee pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
MRI

Fibre discontinuity of ACL is noted. The mid portion of ACL shows T2/PD high signal.

Buckling of PCL with normal signal intensity and fibre continuity is seen.

Anterior tibial translation is present.

Case Discussion

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear is the most common knee ligament injury.
