Gender: Female
ct

42×37×23mm cystic lesion in the right posterolateral aspect of the lower third of the vagina, below the level of the pubic symphysis. 

Case Discussion

Bartholin gland cyst is the most likely diagnosis. Periurethral cyst and skene duct cyst can be considered in differential list.
