A divided uterus can be seen. 

Normal spillage is noted bilaterally.

Case Discussion

It isn't easy to differentiate between septate and bicornuate anomalies on hysterosalpingography since the uterine fundal contour is not visible.

In this case, on ultrasound evaluation, a bicornuate uterus was confirmed. 
It can be classified as a class IV Mullerian duct anomaly.
