Bilateral adrenal myelolipoma

Non-contrast axial CT reveals a well-circumscribed oval fat-containing masses in both adrenal glands. There is no solid component, calcifications, and hemorrhage. The masses have a thin capsule.
Findings most keeping with bilateral adrenal myelolipoma.
Case Discussion
Adrenal myelolipomas are rare usually non-functioning tumors and they often found incidentally. Myelolipomas composed of fat and hemopoietic cells surrounding by a thin capsule. In most cases they are unilateral.
