Midline separation of the pubic bones (Manta Ray Sign) in a patient with known history of bladder exstrophy.

Separation of the pubic symphysis and lobulated appearance of the urinary bladder consistent with known history of congenital exstrophy of the bladder with creation of a neo-bladder.
