Patient with known history of bladder exstrophy who presented with pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding.

Modality: X-ray

Midline separation of the pubic bones (Manta Ray Sign) in a patient with known history of bladder exstrophy.

Modality: CT

Separation of the pubic symphysis and lobulated appearance of the urinary bladder consistent with known history of congenital exstrophy of the bladder with creation of a neo-bladder.
