Typical right femoral and tibial, medullary, meta-diaphyseal, serpiginous, and sclerotic bone lesions exist.
There is distention of the suprapatellar bursa.
There are no significant degenerative changes or features to confirm gout on plain films.

Features consistent with right femoral and tibial bone infarcts. In this instance, it is suspected due to background alcohol intake.
