Presentation

Chronic right knee pain. Negative trauma. Poor response to conservative therapy.

Typical right femoral and tibial, medullary, meta-diaphyseal, serpiginous, and sclerotic bone lesions exist.

There is distention of the suprapatellar bursa.

There are no significant degenerative changes or features to confirm gout on plain films.
