Right breast palpable mass on physical exam.

Gender: Female

A well-circumscribed oval-shaped inhomogeneous mass in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast, surrounded by a thin capsule, comprising of both fat and soft-tissue densities.

Case Discussion

Typical appearance of breast hamartoma which is a benign breast lesion. They are typified by a "breast within a breast" appearance on the mammogram.
