There is evidence of extracapsular left breast implant rupture with peri implant fluid collection high signal on both T1W and T2WI.
Right breast implant shows no sign of intra and extracapsular rupture but mildly displaced to the medial side.

The left breast extracapsular implant rupture.
Breast implant rupture can be intracapsular, when confined by the surrounding fibrous capsule or extracapsular, when silicone freely extravasates.
