Chronic renal disease for 20 years on dialysis. Severe kyphosis. Patient could not positioned properly in CT gantry so,images are suboptimal.

Brown tumor of the mandible. 

Case Discussion

A brown tumour is one of the manifestations of hyperparathyroidism. It represents a reparative cellular process, rather than a neoplastic process.
