Age-related cerebral volume loss.

Case Discussion

The protrusion of the choroid plexus through the foramina of Luschka is an incidental normal variant and is called Bochdalek's flower basket. When calcified, it is called calcified Bochdalek's flower basket, which should not be confused with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
