Complete opacification of the epitympanum of both middle ear cavities as well as left aditus ad antrum extending into the mastoid air cells.
No signs of erosion of any of the following; ossicles, scutum, tegmen tympani
Right-sided mastoidectomy.
Case Discussion
CT finding in keeping with bilateral otitis media with left mastoid effusion.
No signs of bone erosion to suggest cholesteatoma.
