Patient with a known case of Wilson disease (hepato-lenticular degeneration) was referred for evaluation of an abdominal mass. His non-contrast CT of the abdomen showed features of macronodular liver cirrhosis, relative sparing of the caudate lobe, and moderate splenomegaly.
