Known case of Wilson disease (hepato-lenticular degeneration), referred for evaluation of an abdominal mass.

Patient Data

Age: 15 yrs
Gender: Male

Macronodular liver cirrhosis, relative sparing of the caudate lobe, and moderate splenomegaly.

Case Discussion

Patient with a known case of Wilson disease (hepato-lenticular degeneration) was referred for evaluation of an abdominal mass. His noncontrast CT of the abdomen showed features of macronodular liver cirrhosis, relative sparing of the caudate lobe, and moderate splenomegaly.
