Cobra head sign (ureterocele)

The right urinary drainage system is duplicated, and there is focal dilatation of the distal right ureter, surrounded by a thin lucent line resembling a cobra head sign consistent with the ureterocele.
Case Discussion
The cobra head sign is an indicator of an uncomplicated ureterocele.
