Presentation
Vaginal bleeding for one day and mild abdominal pain. History of amenorrhea for 3 months.
Patient Data







A bulky uterus with an intrauterine mass with multiple cystic spaces having a bunch of grapes or a snowstorm appearance is noted. No intra- or extra-uterine gestational sac is seen.

The histopathology report confirmed the diagnosis of a complete hydatidiform mole.
Case Discussion
at the time of diagnosis: Beta hCG = >1125000.0 IU/ml
the patient underwent suction curettage of the uterus and was discharged on the following day in stable condition
the patient was followed up with serial Beta hCG, which returned to normal baseline level
