Complex polytrauma with diaphragmatic rupture, aortic pseudoaneurysm, solid organ injury

Motor vehicle accident.

Patient Data

Gender: Female

Large left diaphragmatic rupture with intrathoracic displacement of stomach into left chest.

Left lung consolidation with possible injury. 

Traumatic thoracic aortic pseudoaneurysm at level of ligamentum arteriosum. 

Complex liver lacerations. Small splenic laceration/infarct.

Minor hazy fluid in retroperitoneum.

Pelvic fractures with extraperitoneal hemorrhage. No evidence of urinary bladder rupture on delayed imaging.
