Info

There are multiple abnormal dorso-lumbar vertebral bodies, show anterior central defect with non fusion of lateral halves of vertebral bodies, with widening of one side, likely butterfly vertebra, from D6 to D10 and L1 and L2 vertebral bodies, causing lateral curvature of the spine.
No abnormal intensity of the spinal cord, normal conus medullaris.
Also noted solitary right kidney.
Case Discussion
Lateral curvature of the spine, due to structural osseous abnormalities, butter fly vertebra, suggestive congenital scoliosis, which associated with renal abnormalities.
