No urinary stone in right ureter nor evidence of passage of such stone.
Tiny stone in upper calyx of right kidney.
Ectopic axially rotated left kidney crossed to the right, lying beneath the right kidney at the level of the umbilicus, medial to the ascending colon.

An ultrasound study done at age 5.6 years clearly demonstrates two separate kidneys on the right.
Case Discussion
Known case of crossed non-fused left renal ectopia. Of note, he had undergone bilateral inguinal hernia repair at infancy and repair of hypospadias at age 4.
Non-fused renal ectopia is more rare than fused renal ectopia.
