Small bony fragment is seen just lateral to the cuboid bone at the point of maximum tenderness.
Case Discussion
This case illustrates the typical injury mechanism and imaging findings of cuboidal avulsion fracture and the management of this type of fracture is splint with no need for surgical intervention.
