There is a small well-circumscribed, oval lesion (12 x 8 x 6 mm) in the midline within the substance of the splenium of the corpus callosum. It elicits a low signal on T1, high signal on T2/FLAIR with restricted diffusion on DWI/ADC. No enhancement is seen on postcontrast sequences.
