There is retinacular thickening involving 1st extensor compartment of the wrist. Tendons show thickening distal to the retinacular thickening. There is no vertical septum between abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis tendons. Both tendons are intact. There is no tendon sheath effusion. Thickened retinaculum shows hypervascularity.
