- thickened hypoechoic tendon sheath around the extensor pollicis brevis tendon
- a tiny ganglion (2mm) just proximal to the thickened sheath
- normal findings at the asymptomatic side for comparison
Case Discussion
Findings favor De Quervain tenosynovitis selective to the extensor pollicis brevis tendon with a tiny ganglion just proximal to the thickened tendon sheath.
