MRI study shows thickening of the distal biceps tendon at its insertion into the radial tuberosity with internal signal alteration eliciting increased fluid signal in PD fat suppression sequences. Mild surrounding fluid signal is also noted.

Case Discussion

Imaging findings are consistent with distal biceps brachii tendinosis with typical MRI features.
