Presentation
Pain and swelling at the left wrist for 2 days after he slipped while walking and fell on an outstretched hand. On clinical examination, mild swelling and tenderness over the dorsal side of the left wrist.

Left distal radial fracture is noted with intra-articular extension. Left ulnar styloid process fracture is noted. Soft tissue swelling.
Case Discussion
In this case, there is no significant displacement in the fracture fragments, so the treatment is conservative with immobilization in a cast.
