Simultaneous dilatation of the common bile and pancreatic ducts due to mass of the head of the pancreas.
Case Discussion
The CT study shows a double duct sign that refers simultaneous dilatation of the common bile and pancreatic ducts. Carcinoma of the head of the pancreas and ampullary tumors are the most common causes of the double duct sign. Further ERCP is needed for more evaluation.
