Large extra-axial right cerebellopontine angle and pre-pontine irregular lesion, it elicits low signal at T1WI, high signal at T2WI and heterogeneous/dirty signal at FLAIR WI and restricted diffusion (increased signal at DWI). it displaces the pons posteriorly and to the left side and partly compresses the fourth ventricle.
