Info
Left epididymis is bulky and heterogeneous in echotexture. Left testis also shows mild alteration in echotexture. Extensive scrotal oedema is present.
On colour Doppler study: markedly increased intraparenchymal testicular vascularity.
Right testis is normal. Note small right epididymal cyst.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with left epididymo-orchitis.
