There is a large well-defined cystic mass (32 x 27 x 19 mm) with thin and regular wall and homogeneous fluid content with no enhancement, arising from epiglottis and obstructing partially the laryngeal airway.
Case Discussion
CT features are most consistent with an epiglottic cyst.
