Complete rupture of PCL at its femoral attachment, complete rupture of semimembranosus tendon with retraction at its tibial insertion (other pes anserine tendons are intact), partial disruption to biceps femoris tendon at its fibular insertion, marked bone marrow edema (bone brusing) along the anterior tibial plateaux due to impaction with the femoral condyles (as well as a minor depressed lateral tibial plateau fracture laterally) and marked edema in the soft tissues of the popliteal fossa. Nore incidental bi or tripartite patella.
