Geographical and serpiginous regions are present involving the femoral condyle, proximal and distal tibial regions. The areas involved are seen to demonstrate central ground glass change and peripheral sclerosis, with the appearances consistent with bony infarcts.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates knee and distal tibia bone infarcts in a patient with a history of alcohol abuse.
