Age: 42
Gender: Female

Oral barium and no IV contrast as patient has an iodine allergy

Huge bilobed pelvic mass with minor calcification in continuity with the uterus

Case Discussion

Huge bilobed uterine fibroid

Fibroids (leiomyomas) of the uterus can reach huge sizes as they are slow growing.  Key to diagnosis is continuity with the uterus as well as the heterogeneity of density and calcification.
