A fork deformity of the medial clavicle on the viewing right is appreciated.

Case Discussion

A concave sternal end of the clavicles is a normal variant that should not be confused with pathology. This may be referred to as a Fork deformity, bifid medial end of the clavicle, or cupping of the articular surface.
