Large right frontal lobe hemorrhage with marked mass effect with extension into the right frontal horn which is displaced across the midline.
Small left frontal lobe hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
This patient had end stage liver disease with a coagulopathic state.
Large lobar hemorrhages can occur in this subtype of patient without any trauma.
