Transverse fracture distal radius with mild dorsal angulation of the dital fracture fragment. No definite extension into the radiocarpal or distal radioulnar joints. Ulnar styloid fracture.

Case Discussion

Distal radial fractures can be classified using the Frykman system. Our patient has a type II injury: a transverse fracture of the distal radius without intraarticular extension combined with an ulnar styloid fracture.
